When setting up an account with HammockStock™ or purchasing a product from the site, you are required to enter personal information that may include the following:

  • Shipping address
  • Other shipping addresses

  • Browsing, buying and selling patterns
We do not sell or distribute the information given to us and use it solely for the purpose of ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. If you desire to update you Personal Information, you can do so by changing your account information or creating a new profile.

Credit Card Information:
All credit card information obtained during the ordering process will be deleted from our secure server within 30 days.

Security:
HammockStock™ uses the latest encryption system to guarantee the safety and security of our customers. We want to give you a worry-free ordering experience which is why our site uses Secure Server Technology (SSL 3.0) which encrypts all of your personal information. Your credit card number, e-mail address, and phone number are all protected as you process your order in our shopping cart.


Other Ordering Policies

Payment Options:
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Money Orders: Must be drawn in US funds.
Checks drawn in US Funds: In order to maintain our low prices, it's necessary for us to wait for checks to clear deposit before shipment, so please allow an extra 7 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
COD Orders: We do NOT accept COD orders.

General Shipping Policies:
  • Shipping is free within the continental United States for all orders that include a hammock or hammock chair. Orders of accessories only will be charged a shipping fee.
  • Orders are shipped within 24 hours. (subject to product availability) Orders placed before 12:00 pm are shipped the same day.
  • Orders place on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped the next business day.
  • Tracking information will be provided to customers with valid email addresses. Occasionally emails get sorted by the email provider. We are not responsible for emails being sent to spam or bulk folders.
  • All US Domestic orders will be shipped UPS.
  • Next Day, Second Day & Three Day air service is available but must be paid in full by the customer.
  • Deliveries inside the Continental United States must be to street addresses (no PO Boxes).
  • Not responsible for delays in delivery due to address inconsistencies, weather or any other uncontrollable acts.
  • A fee of $10 may be charged for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you provide.
  • Even though we put a high priority on express packages, we may run into stock shortages that may delay delivery. Due to our high volume, items are sold "first come first serve" which may create flash stock outages even though items may show "in stock" at time of order.
Returns and Exchanges:
  • Returns must be received at HammockStock™ within 7 days of purchase.
  • A return authorization number must be issued for all returns.
  • Shipping charges must be prepaid by customer-no COD returns. Please insure your package.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returns. *Returned merchandise must be unopened and not marked in any manner.
  • Closeout and discontinued items may not be returned.

Damaged Shipments:
In case of hidden shipment damages, please do the following:
UPS SHIPMENT
Keep the damaged product in its original box with the packing material. Do not dispose of product or no replacement will be made. Contact HammockStock™ within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment with the invoice number and product name. HammockStock™ will notify UPS and a replacement will immediately be sent. UPS will pick up the damaged product and return it to us. If the damaged product is not returned to HammockStock™, the customer will be charged for both the damaged product and the replacement that was sent.

Conditions of Use
Product Information:
The information given on product has been provided by the manufacturer of that product. HammockStock™ does not support any information or claims made by the manufacturer.

Pricing:
HammockStock™ reserves the right to change the prices of product at any time and without notice.

Typographical Errors:
HammockStock™ is not responsible for any typographical errors made in the pricing and representation of product.

Our Rights:
HammockStock™ reserves the right to deny the sale of any product. HammockStock™ also reserves the right to ship solely to the cardholder’s address.
